About the Job:
Utkarsh Micro Finance Private Limited is seeking a Trainer - Financial Literacy. S/he will provide financial literacy training classes to a diverse population of participants, in a classroom setting, at variety of locations.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

•     Conducting outreach and program marketing;
•     Providing financial literacy training classes to a diverse population of participants, in a classroom setting, at variety of locations;
•     Scrupulous and diligent management of data collection activities related to program performance metrics;
•     Administration of a companion savings program accompanying the training initiative;
•     Delivering other training related to financial literacy, entrepreneurship, or business management to Utkarsh clients;
•     Working with disadvantaged populations to assist individuals with obtaining business consulting, training, and access to capital;
•     Completing tasks related to Utkarsh’s operations, growth, and strategic planning;
•     Marketing Utkarsh’s services to the community through speaking engagements, participation at community events, and other activities.

Qualifications:

•     Master's degree in Social Work, Sociology;
•     Experience of delivering financial literacy program at community level will be added advantage.
