Basic purpose
Under the close supervision of the researcher, the successful candidate will perform data encoding tasks and maintain back up of data. Copy/scan and file documents. Retrieve basic data on request.

Roles and responsibilities
Major Accountabilities / Responsibilities
*Encode data
Compile and encode data and documents
*Support reporting by retrieving data
Retrieve basic data required for reporting
*Data maintenance
Maintain backups to the server and external drives
*Maintenance of documents
Copy/scan documents and records
File documents and records
*Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time

Qualification requirements:
High school graduate with 2 years relevant work experience.

Specific Skills required:
Has some experience with MS Office programs such as Word and Excel
Is able to work with spreadsheets
