About the Organization:
Satin Creditcare Network Limited (Satin) was incorporated in October 1990 as an NBFC. It started operations with the objective of providing ‘doorstep’ credit and savings services to shopkeepers and petty traders in the market places of Delhi.
It transformed into a public company in 1994. Satin aims to provide affordable microcredit for productive activities to both urban and rural borrowers.

About the Job:
Satin is seeking a Regional Manager. S/he will manage the market research activity for both, branch expansion and product development.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

•     Branch setup and management – roll out and manage urban/rural branches in accordance with the business plan;
•     Overall monitoring of the operations in terms of quality as well as achieving targets as per the business plan;
•     Visit all branches in the region, at least once in a month;
•     Identify talent as per requirements and manage the recruitment activity for field personnel in line with the organizational policies;
•     Coordinate in conducting performance appraisals;
•     Assist the HR team in framing and reviewing personnel policies;
•     Ensure the operations team is adequately trained;
•     Manage and execute the operational budget for the assigned region in line with the business plan;
•     Administer the expenses as per allotted budget and ensure no over spending in the regions;
•     Maintain discipline between operations and other departments in the region, report timely to head office for various requirements;
•     Ensure all policy changes are communicated to the field personnel in the allotted region;
•     Coordinate and complete the internal audit compliances in reasonable time period.

Qualifications:
    MBA from a reputed school;
    Minimum 4 years’ experience in financial services industry;
    Good communication and leadership skills.
