About the Job:
Utkarsh Micro Finance Private Limited is seeking a Programme Manager- Energy. S/he will formulate, execute, and meet the business target of selling solar energy products to the clients of Utkarsh.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

•     Meet yearly, quarterly, and monthly target of sales of solar energy product as per the business plan designed by the company;
•     Train, guide, support, and hand hold employees to reach the sales target;
•     Explore and research new products in the solar energy sector so as to diversify the avenues of sales;
•     Design strategy and road map for reaching maximum number of clients;
•     Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting the clients and timely solving of their grievances and by providing effective and efficient services to the target group;
•     Monitor and supervise the work of team members;
•     Prepare and maintain MIS of the energy product;
•     Provide timely and accurate information to the management as and when required.

Qualifications:

•     Master degree in Business Administration, Rural Development, Social Work and Sociology;
•     Prior sales experience;
•     Must be interested in testing new marketing and sales strategies to encourage customer adoption;
•     Possess strong verbal skills in the regional language and an ability to influence;
•     Strong interest in sales and distribution;
