About the Job:
Ananya is seeking a Manager - HR and Administration. S/he will be responsible for day-to-day human resource and administrative activities of organization.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Ensure day-to-day service delivery, coordination, facilitation, implementation, and administration of HR processes;
- Support the MD in day-to-day HR functions;
- Oversee all administrative duties for the company;
- Liaison with key internal and external members of the company.
Qualifications:
- Master degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related field;
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior human resources function with sound cross functional experience in employee relations, fair employment practices, and compensation/benefits administration;
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, and organization skills.
