Requirements:
o Female Graduates with pleasing personality and the ability to work independently with high level of integrity, Multitasking, interpersonal and analytical skills.
o Highly organized with an ability to correspond & communicate most effectively.
o Effective planning & organizing skills with attention to detail
· Maintaining records, writing minutes of the meetings, corresponding with external & internal clients.
· Honed skills in handling day to day activities in co-ordination with internal/ external departments for smooth functioning of the organization.
· Maintaining utmost confidentiality with sensitive and personal information,
· Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations & other documents.
o Well Versed and exposed to International Travel bookings, passport &Visa facilities.
o Good Verbal & Written Communication Skills
o Professional knowledge in Microsoft Office and other applications.
Job Responsibility:
o Arranging and sorting papers on the table and up keeping of office
o Screening incoming calls and taking messages
o Maintaining schedule of appointments
o Attending meetings both inside and outside the office and prepare minutes of meeting
o Coordinate and arrange business meetings, conferences, events and various programs. Prepare minutes/ agenda for the same.
o Making appropriate travel arrangements with 100 % accuracy.
o Maintaining record of incoming / outgoing mail, fax and inter-office memo sent/ received by / for the
o Updating itinerary / travel diary / Frequent flier Mileage Statements.
o Updating address / telephone diary.
