Job Description
· Accountable for client’s staffing solutions.
· Understanding critical hiring requirements of the client and prioritizing them.
· The job is to handle multiple clients and build new clientele’.
· Develop strategies along with the team to fulfill the requirements – Sourcing methods, planning a scheduled drive, planning the time and effort necessary. Have supported and coordinated vast drives within short turnaround time.
· Building relationships with clients and ensuring that they are satisfied with the service.
· Act as a communicative bridge between customer and the candidate. This ensures that the expectations from both ends are set clear.
· Understand the entire cycle of recruitment. This involves interacting with the technical panel to understand their criteria’s for a good candidate ensuring continuous improvement in terms of quality of the resume ‘provided.
· Rolling out offers, take care of joining formalities and ensuring that the candidate joins.
· Following up with the client for billing.
Experience: 0.6 - 1.6 years
Qualification:Any graduate/Post graduate
