Job Description:

•     Sourcing candidates from database, portals etc for suitable Profiles
•     Headhunting suitable candidates as per Job Specification
•     Candidate will be responsible for lining up candidates for open positions
•     Responsible for screening and short listing of candidates,
•     Creating & maintaining Data base
•     Follow up from pre-interview till joining of candidate
