About the Job:
Utkarsh is seeking a Manager - Soft Skills Training. S/he will report to the head of HR and training. S/he will be responsible for imparting soft skill training and personality development to all the employees of organization.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

•     Design and conduct training need analysis and identify training gaps;
•     Develop various training manuals and training programs required for soft skill training;
•     Deliver training as and when required;
•     Design tools for evaluating training outcome and feedback.

Qualifications:

•     Ability to communicate effectively with client/employees;
•     Ability to understand business nuances and make effective decisions;
•     High level of integrity and honesty;
•     Effective interpersonal and presentation skill;
•     Readiness to travel in remote areas;
•     Candidates having experience in providing training in insurance and banking sector will be preferred.
