About the Job:
SVCL is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager- Internal Audit.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
    Audit planning to achieve 100% branch audit as per decided plan;
    Audit report analysis and develop strategies for high risk issues;
    Follow up on fraud cases;
    Continuous review of key business processes, products, and policies and recommendation for process improvement to management team;
    Developing strong audit skills and impart rigorous training and orientation to audit team;
    Training to other departments in terms of enhancing internal audit process;
    Audit governance through effective compliance mechanism;
    Presentations to management committee and audit committee on status of business process compliance and audit findings across functions.

Qualifications:
    Strong people management skills;
    Good verbal and written communication skills;
    Strong IT skills;
    Analytical and detail oriented;
    Willingness to travel extensively.
